Filament dryers are rated lower that the suggested recharge temps so it takes a while. Don't overfill, like I did. :P A dryer that rotates the spool will always work better. If your dryer does not rotate the spool, you may want to mix it up a few times during drying. You can of course use any filament with a high enough temp rating, the Polymaker HT-PLA prints just like PLA. It is a tight fit and it only goes on one way. If it comes off easily, you did not get it hooked on right. If your AMS does not close, you did not get it hooked on right. There is no room for blobs of strings so clean up your print if needed. For these I use 50mm Bambu PTFE tubes to add guidance and smooth feeding. - Push the tube all the way through so 3mm is hanging out of the bottom side. This gives you PTFE from filament to funnel. The PTFE will wear first, when you see a groove forming you can rotate the PTFE 180 degrees for a fresh surface. Replace once PTFE is worn thin BEFORE it digs into the guide or worse, funnel.
