Filament Dryer Desiccant Recharging Spool - POLYMAKER HT-PLAA spool that holds desiccant so it can be recharged in a filament dryer. Threaded lid for easy loading. 1.5mm vents so it is suitable for desiccant in the 3mm or larger size. Most common is 3-5mm. 100% designed around Polymaker HT-PLA. Printed in Polymaker HT-PLA then annealed for 35 minutes at 85c in an AMS HT and allowed to cool slowly inside the closed box down to ambient temperature. After this process the spool held up for 3 days of 85c while drying desiccant with no deformation or warping. Bambu spec on the spool. 200mm Diameter - 65mm Wide. Filament dryers are rated lower that the suggested recharge temps so it takes a while. Don't overfill, like I did. :P A dryer that rotates the spool will always work better. If your dryer does not rotate the spool, you may want to mix it up a few times during drying. You can of course use any filament with a high enough temp rating, the Polymaker HT-PLA prints just like PLA. ONE PROFILE with both the main body and the lid.
