Fun Sized TPU Mini Bat With PETG-CF Core - 2 SizesA rugged and durable TPU mini bat with a textured grip. Great for knocking the mud and snow off of boots before coming in the house. FULL Fun Size For H2D: 320mm Long - 42mm Barrel Diameter - 23mm Grip Diameter - Optimized for Bambu Lab TPU 95A HF. EXTRA MINI Size added for X1C and P machines. 245mm long. You will get a little wiggle towards the end of the print but it will hold it together and come out fine! (see pics) Both parts are on one profile and you can skip the glue and just hammer the core in and it will stay put. Print the bat in TPU then the core in PETG-CF and then assemble. Be sure to clean up the end of the core. Remove any elephants foot, etc. Simple rubber cement is all you need. Slather it in the TPU cavity then quickly tap the PETG-CF core into place. Be sure to align the lanyard hole. You can get away with no glue in the extra mini size, just hammer the core in. No more muddy shoes! Examples printed in Bambu TPU 95A HF and Bambu Black PETG-CF.
