Skulls AMS Feeder Guide V13 I tried them all and nothing would snap on to the AMS buttons of my two new units purchased May 2024 so I hacked away at it in MS 3D Builder to create one that actually snapped on to my AMS and did not rattle or easily come loose. I tweaked this further for an even tighter fit and since I put them on everything… I added skulls. :) INSTALATION: You hook the bottom end under the existing funnel button then wiggle and snap on the upper portion. It is a tight fit and it only goes on one way. If it comes off easily, you did not get it hooked on right. If your AMS does not close, you did not get it hooked on right. There is no room for blobs of strings so clean up your print if needed. For these I use 50mm Bambu PTFE tubes to add guidance and smooth feeding. - Push the tube all the way through so 3mm is hanging out of the bottom side. This gives you PTFE from filament to funnel. The PTFE will wear first, when you see a groove forming you can rotate the PTFE 180 degrees for a fresh surface. Replace once PTFE is worn thin BEFORE it digs into the guide or worse, funnel.
