Insert holds the magnet so the caps sharp edges are not touching the fridge and make it easy to remove. ASSEMBLY: Simply apply GEL super glue to the cap and face of the insert then sandwich everything together with a little clamp and let dry. Too much glue in the cap is better than not enough. Only a small amount is needed to hold the magnet into the insert.
