TPU links have a keyed interface that gives you a very strong link once glued closed. “Chucks” have a nice squish, no sharp edges and are ready for your next cosplay adventure. 249mm Long version and a 175mm long stubby version for A1 Mini Users and smaller cosplayers. Chucks are 35mm in diameter. 3 PROFILES - 249mm CHUCK - 175mm CHUCK and TPU CHAIN LINKS. - Choose your chuck and print two. Then print your links. They print 4 up. I like about 8 for the large chucks and 5-7 for the stubbies. ASSEMBLY - Thread links together one by one. Open the link Add a drop or two of gel super glue with a little flex then close the link and apply a little pressure as the glue dries. You will be left with a very strong TPU chain. Its better to have to wipe a little off than to not use enough. Take your time and do it right and you will do it once. You can use as many or as few links as you like.
