Sxc24 Carbon Chassis Ultrastrong Magnet Body Mount

SXC24 Carbon Chassis ULTRASTRONG Magnet Body MountI was unsatisfied with the commercially available magnetic body mounts as you could not pick up the loaded rig right from the body, they simply open too easily. So I fired up the overkill machine and created this widget. Allows use of a 20mm X 5mm Rare Earth Magnet - EXTREMLY STRONG so be careful! - Keeps the body on VERY tight so you can pick it up from the body. Glue magnet into mount with quality super glue. - Upper magnet attaches to the body with strong 2 sided tape. COVER THE BODY MAGNET WITH A COUPLE LAYERS OF ELECTRICAL TAPE to avoid breaking magnets if they slam together. I attached the magnet to the body with outdoor rated 2 sided tape then put two layers of electrical tape then covered that all with a layer of gaffers tape. Makes the body magnet very secure and adds a little cushion at the magnetic connection. Standard 35mm Width Spacing - 3mm Of up and down adjustment via multiple holes. Print in PLA+.
